MY SERVICES

No one should have to manage challenges alone. Depression, fear and anxiety are some of the most common and uncomfortable emotions we can experience at some point in our lives. Left untreated, symptoms such as chronic pains, irritability, headaches, and fatigue can occur. Post traumatic events can also lead to lingering symptoms. Anxiety, fear, and hopelessness are just a few of those emotions that can surface during and after painful and traumatic circumstances.

Failing to identify and manage stressors in your life can lead to more mental, emotional, and physical distress. With a personalized treatment plan for you, I can help you overcome these symptoms and guide you through the process of grief and healing as well as recover joy, motivation, and perspective that you once had in your life.

Counseling is also beneficial to couples and family members who are looking to strengthen their emotional connection, in all stages of their relationship.

I provide confidential and compassionate counseling for individuals (adults & minors), couples, and family (up to five members).
